1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using It Just Vibes (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
It Just Vibes is a community platform where users share, discover, fork, and vote on AI-generated HTML and React widgets. Each widget receives a permanent URL, sandboxed live execution, per-user persistent state via the Vibes SDK, and social features including votes, comments, and forks.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to deposit widgets or access authenticated features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of widget code you deposit (“User Content”). By depositing, you grant It Just Vibes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, execute, and distribute your User Content as part of the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not deposit widgets that: contain malware or code designed to harm users or systems; collect user data without consent; violate third-party intellectual property rights; contain illegal content including child sexual abuse material; attempt to circumvent platform security; or are designed to spam, phish, or deceive users.
6. Widget Execution and Security
Widgets run in sandboxed iframes on a separate origin (run.itjustvibes.com). While we implement technical controls to limit harm, we cannot guarantee the safety of third-party widget code. Run widgets from unknown authors at your own risk. We are not liable for damages caused by user-deposited code.
7. Intellectual Property
The It Just Vibes name, logo, design, and platform code are owned by It Just Vibes. Widget code deposited by users remains the property of their respective authors. The Vibes SDK is provided under an open license documented in the SDK reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, It Just Vibes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your public widgets may remain visible unless you request removal.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
